One-stage implantation – the last word in dental care
Even complete toothlessness is quickly treatable nowadays!
The Zygomatic ‘All-on-4’ or ‘All-on-6’ implant-based prosthetic method allows you to smile brightly again, even if you have been toothless for years.
Even better, the entire procedure takes only a couple of days!
Medical institutions belonging to the Zaga Centre chain of dental clinics practice the latest methods of dental care and make it possible to find solutions to situations deemed hopeless only a couple of years ago.

How is this possible?
According to patented technology, supporting implants are fixed first and a prosthesis is immediately attached to them.
In classic implantation, titanium roots are screwed into holes prepared in the alveolar bone. When using the ‘All-on-4’ or ‘All-on-6’ method, four or six implants with a longer threaded part are fixed to the hard cortical surface, which excludes the need for bone regeneration and allows the restoration of beautiful dentation without problems, even in a mouth in the poorest condition.
Zygomatic implants are used in the case of severe atrophy of the upper jaw when it is no longer possible to use other methods. Implants with long ‘roots’ are attached to the zygomatic bone. The threads of the titanium roots are specially adjusted so that placement is as atraumatic as possible and the fixation stable and constant.
Titanium adapts perfectly to the human organism; there are practically no inflammatory processes or rejections.
All-on-6, one jaw from 5000€

ADVANTAGES
Advantages of ‘All-on-4’ and ‘All-on-6’ implantation
Fixation of implants and placement of prosthesis takes place in one stage- Implants can be introduced to holes of extracted teeth
- There is no need to regenerate bone
- Implantation is possible in the case of different jaw complications – critical absence of bone volume or chronic periodontal disease
- Short treatment duration of one to two days from fixation of implants to prosthetics
- Rapid osteointegration
- High primary stability of implants
- The prosthesis acts as a splint structure joining implants into one stable system and avoiding shifting even with an extensive chewing load
- Minimal risk of the body rejecting the implants
- Minimal risk of contraindications
- Rapid rehabilitation
- Extensive prosthetic options
- Implants can be used in patients who are elderly, who are in poor health and who have several severe diseases (well controlled diabetes, HIV, hepatitis, etc.)
Advantages of Zygomatic implants:
Only method allowing restoration of dentation in the case of severe bone loss of the upper jaw (periodontal disease)- Fixation of implants and placement of prosthesis takes place in one stage

What does the process look like?
First visit
(approx. 30 min)
- Consultation – patient's physical examination, interview and provision of information; implant system and choice of placement method
- Diagnostics – complete examination (panoramic radiograph, CT with 3D tomography) Teeth and gum care (if necessary), full mouth cleaning, 3D planning of surgery
First treatment day
(approx. 3h):
- Extraction of broken teeth
- Placement of implants directly after extraction of teeth
- For each patient, a personalised metal-plastic prosthesis that takes into consideration their specific dentition status is fabricated for the following post-operative day.
Second treatment day
(approx. 30 min):
- A provisional prosthesis is attached over the implants (permanent prosthesis are placed after six months).
- The position of the prosthesis is adjusted for maximum comfort
- Explanation of maintenance instructions.
After six months:
According to the All-on-4/All-on-6 method, re-prosthetics or placement of permanent orthopaedic construction is absolutely necessary after the titanium 'roots' have been completely fused with bone.
